To qualify for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

- No signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- All original packaging, tags, and protective materials intact
- Return request initiated within 30 calendar days of the delivery date
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
- Digital products or gift cards
- Products showing evidence of use, modification, or customer-induced damage
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Live plants and perishable goods
2. Return Process

3. Refund Processing
- Inspection period: 2-3 business days after we receive your return
- Approval notification sent via email
- Refund processing: 5-7 business days post-approval
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are customer’s responsibility unless the error is ours

- Shipping-related damage
