- Processing Time: Each of our garden and patio items is carefully inspected and securely packaged. Please allow 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Chinese public holidays) for order processing and preparation after your payment has been confirmed.
- Security Verification: To ensure transaction security, some orders may require additional verification, which could extend the processing time by 1-2 business days. We will notify you promptly if this affects your order.
- Order Changes & Cancellations: Need to change or cancel your order? Please contact us immediately at 1352661306@qq.com. Changes can only be accommodated before your item enters the final packaging stage.

- All delivery estimates begin from the date your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
- For international orders, the customer is responsible for any and all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees charged by the destination country.
- “Business days” exclude weekends and public holidays.
4. Shipment Tracking & Delivery
- Tracking Your Order: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey in real-time.
- Delivery Address: Please double-check your shipping address for accuracy. We cannot be held responsible for packages that are successfully delivered to the address provided but are later reported missing. For international shipments, we recommend ensuring the recipient is available to assist with any customs-related procedures.
- Failed Deliveries: Packages returned to us due to an incorrect/insufficient address or recipient unavailability will require a reshipping fee to be sent out again. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
5. Issue Resolution
- Missing Package: If your tracking information shows no updates or progress for more than 12 business days, please contact us at 1352661306@qq.com. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier on your behalf.
- Damaged Items: While we use protective packaging to safeguard your garden and patio products, if your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 36 hours of delivery. Please provide clear photographs of the damaged product and its original packaging for us to assist you promptly.
